Multi-tenant courier logistics SaaS competing with Onfleet, Track-POD, and Digital Waybill.
- Designed and built the full platform end-to-end: web dashboard (React 18, Vite), mobile apps (Flutter for iOS & Android), Windows desktop client, and Node.js/Express back end with MongoDB
- Implemented real-time GPS tracking and live order updates via WebSockets (Socket.io) and Mapbox, handling concurrent multi-user sessions
- Made the real-time layer survive dead zones: delta updates, event de-duplication and offline-tolerant reconnection, so a courier who loses signal in a basement rejoins without losing an order event
- Built proof-of-delivery system supporting photo capture, digital signature, and QR-code verification at drop-off
- Developed a delivery-zone engine with custom pricing rules, auto-dispatch logic, and public tracking links for end-recipients
- Integrated QuickBooks for automated invoicing and Lemon Squeezy for subscription billing, reducing manual finance work
- Exposed a versioned public REST API with JWT auth, session invalidation and rate limiting; PDF and QR generation runs in a worker pool; the interface ships in 6 languages
- Containerized the stack with Docker and run production behind Nginx; published and maintain the live listings on both the App Store and Google Play

AI calorie tracker: a meal is logged from a sentence, a voice note or a photo. 475+ registered users.
- Built the Flutter app for iOS and Android with a native Apple Watch app in Swift, on a Fastify and PostgreSQL back end; offline diary, 13 languages
- LLM requests run through a DeepSeek chain with failover to a backup provider; an evaluation bench runs conversation and photo cases against the live models
- Subscriptions through RevenueCat, with the server asking RevenueCat itself when a store webhook goes missing; 375 test files across server and app
Shipped Products
Morse translator, straight-key sandbox and Koch-method trainer, entirely client-side. Playback is scheduled against the audio clock, and a keyed press timed from the event rather than the handler, because a dot and a dash differ by tens of milliseconds. English and Ukrainian.
PDF editor, converter and form library running entirely in the browser. Edits the text a document already contains: paragraphs are found in its text layer and reopened in its own embedded typeface. 62 conversions, 105 fillable US forms, no server.
Speech transcription on the visitor’s own graphics card through WebGPU, with a WebAssembly fallback; audio never leaves the machine. Caching the weights in IndexedDB took a repeat run of the largest model from 143 s to 12 s.
Print-ready minimalist city-map posters made in a browser tab. Vector tiles are decoded on the client and drawn straight to SVG, so the file survives being scaled to a metre wide. Free, no watermark, no account.
Open-source non-custodial multi-chain wallet (BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, BNB, LTC, DOGE): QR scan, address book, PIN lock, live market widget. Windows and Android.
