What this form is for
Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (I-90). Applies to replace or renew a Permanent Resident Card.
Who needs it
Green-card holders whose card is expiring, lost, stolen, damaged, or carries the wrong details.
When you do not need it
Conditional residents on a two-year card do not renew with this — they file I-751 to remove the conditions. Filing I-90 by mistake wastes the fee and the months.
How to fill it in
